What we collect

We collect your name and email address when you create an account. We also collect usage data — which pages you visit, how you interact with the dashboard — to improve the product. We do not sell this data to third parties.

Your agent’s data

Your agents’ memories, logs, and configuration are stored encrypted at rest in isolated databases. This data is never used to train our models or shared with any party. You can export or delete your data at any time from your account settings.

LLM API keys

Your LLM API keys are encrypted using AES-256 before storage. They are decrypted only at runtime, in memory, to make API calls on your agent’s behalf. They are never logged or transmitted to any party other than the LLM provider you selected.

Third-party services

We use third-party providers for infrastructure and product analytics. Each has their own privacy policy. Analytics are configured in privacy mode — IP addresses are anonymized and session recordings are disabled.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. The cookie is HttpOnly, Secure, and SameSite=Strict.

Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all data is permanently deleted within 30 days. Backups are rotated on a 30-day cycle.
