1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Evolocity, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to use Evolocity under the terms of the agreement in force between you and Evolocity. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. Under this license you may not modify or copy the materials outside the scope of that agreement, nor attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the Evolocity platform.

3. Your Data & Privacy

You retain ownership of all data you upload to Evolocity. We process your data only to provide the service. LLM API keys are encrypted at rest and never logged. Memory contents are stored in isolated, encrypted databases per account. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

4. API Keys

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your LLM API keys. Evolocity encrypts these at rest, but you accept responsibility for any charges incurred by your agents’ LLM usage. We are not liable for unexpected API costs resulting from agent behavior.

5. Agents & Autonomous Behavior

Evolocity agents act autonomously based on their configuration and goals. You are responsible for configuring appropriate constraints and monitoring their behavior. Evolocity is not liable for any actions taken by agents on your behalf, including messages sent, code executed, or external API calls made.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for data loss resulting from service interruptions, though we maintain regular backups.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease. You may export your data at any time before termination.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
